How Do I Change My Zoom Name?

You can easily change your Zoom name directly within the Zoom app. Here's how:

Changing Your Zoom Name During a Meeting

1. Join the meeting.
2. Hover your mouse over your profile picture in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Click "Rename" from the menu that appears.
4. Enter your desired name in the pop-up window.
5. Click "OK" to confirm the change.

Changing Your Zoom Name in Your Account Settings

1. Open the Zoom desktop app or website.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select "Settings" from the menu.
4. Click on "Profile" in the left sidebar.
5. Enter your desired name in the "Display Name" field.
6. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

This change will apply to all future meetings you join.
