You can't directly uninstall a Windows 11 update in the same way you might uninstall a program. However, you can roll back to a previous version of Windows if you're unhappy with the update. Here's how:
Using Settings:
- Open Settings by pressing Windows key + I.
- Go to System > Recovery.
- Under Recovery options, click Go back to an earlier build.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the rollback.
Using Advanced Startup Options:
- Open the Start menu and click the power button.
- Hold down the Shift key while clicking Restart.
- This will take you to the Advanced Startup Options menu.
- Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Go back to a previous build.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the rollback.
Note: Rolling back to a previous version of Windows will remove any new apps, drivers, and settings installed since the update.
