Adding a user to a Windows virtual machine (VM) is straightforward. You can do this using the built-in user management tools in Windows. Here's how:

Using the Local Users and Groups Tool

  1. Open the Local Users and Groups tool: Press Windows key + R, type lusrmgr.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Navigate to Users: In the left pane, expand Users.
  3. Right-click in the right pane and select New User.
  4. Enter user details: Provide a username, full name, password, and password confirmation. You can also set other options like the user's description and group membership.
  5. Click Create: The new user will be added to the system.

Using the Control Panel

  1. Open Control Panel: Press Windows key + R, type control, and press Enter.
