You can't directly delete a Webex organization. Instead, you can deactivate it. This removes all users and data associated with the organization, effectively making it inactive.
Here's how to deactivate your Webex organization:
- Log in to your Webex Control Hub.
- Navigate to the "Organizations" section.
- Select the organization you want to deactivate.
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Organization Management" section.
- Click on the "Deactivate Organization" button.
- Confirm your decision by clicking "Yes, Deactivate".
Note: Once you deactivate your organization, you won't be able to recover any data or users associated with it. Make sure you have a backup of any important information before proceeding.
