You can clip a frame in Premiere Pro by using the Razor Tool. This tool allows you to precisely cut your video at any point, effectively clipping the frame.

Steps to Clip a Frame in Premiere Pro:

  1. Select the Razor Tool: Find the Razor Tool in the Tools panel on the left side of the Premiere Pro interface. It looks like a small blade.
  2. Locate the Frame: Scrub through your video timeline until you reach the exact frame you want to clip.
  3. Click the Razor Tool: Click once at the desired frame on the video track in your timeline. This will create a cut at that point.
  4. Adjust the Clip (Optional): You can now move the clips around, delete sections, or insert new footage as needed.
