How Do I Select All Tracks in Premiere Pro?

Published in Video Editing 1 min read

You can select all tracks in Premiere Pro by using the following keyboard shortcut:

  • Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac)

This shortcut will select all tracks in the timeline, including audio, video, and graphics.

Alternatively, you can select all tracks by:

  • Clicking and dragging your mouse over the tracks. This will select all the tracks that fall within the area you select.
  • Using the Selection tool and clicking on the track headers. This will select all the tracks that are visible in the timeline.
  • Right-clicking on a track header and selecting "Select All Tracks" from the context menu.

Note: Selecting all tracks will not select any clips within those tracks. To select all clips within a track, you need to select the track first and then use the Ctrl + A (or Command + A) shortcut.
