You can add audio files to Premiere Pro using the Media Browser or by dragging and dropping them directly into your timeline.
Using the Media Browser
- Open the Media Browser: Click on the Media Browser icon in the Project Panel.
- Locate your audio file: Navigate to the folder where your audio file is stored.
- Select and drag: Select the audio file and drag it into the Timeline or the Project Panel.
Drag and Drop
- Open your audio file: Locate the audio file on your computer.
- Drag and drop: Drag the audio file from your computer's file explorer and drop it into the Timeline or the Project Panel.
Tips
- You can use the Media Browser to search for audio files by name, type, or other criteria.
- You can add multiple audio files at once by selecting them and dragging them together.
- You can adjust the volume, pitch, and other audio settings in the Audio Mixer.
