The fine for overstaying in Dubai varies depending on the duration of the overstay. The longer you stay beyond your visa expiry date, the higher the fine will be.

Overstay Fine Calculation:

  • First 3 days: AED 100 per day.
  • From day 4 to day 7: AED 200 per day.
  • After 7 days: AED 300 per day.
