How to Reset a GXP1625?

There are two primary ways to reset a Grandstream GXP1625 phone:

1. Soft Reset:

  • This method clears the phone's memory and settings without affecting any saved data.
  • To perform a soft reset, simply press the "OK" button on the phone.
  • The phone will reboot, and all settings will be restored to their factory defaults.

2. Hard Reset:

  • This method completely resets the phone to its factory settings, erasing all data, including phonebook entries, call logs, and network configurations.
  • To perform a hard reset:
    • Press and hold the "OK" button and the "Up" button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
    • The phone will reboot, and all settings will be reset to their factory defaults.

Note: Before performing a hard reset, it is recommended to back up any important data.
