To receive files via Bluetooth on Windows 10, follow these simple steps:

Enable Bluetooth: Open the Settings app (Windows key + I), navigate to Devices, and click on Bluetooth & other devices. Toggle the Bluetooth switch to On.

Make your PC discoverable: Click on More Bluetooth options and select the "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC" option.

Pair with the sending device: On the sending device, initiate a Bluetooth connection request. Your Windows 10 PC should appear in the list of available devices. Select your PC to initiate pairing.
