You can't directly upload a video to Zoom for a meeting or webinar. Zoom is primarily a live video conferencing platform, not a video hosting service. However, you can share pre-recorded videos during a Zoom meeting in a couple of ways:
1. Share Your Screen
- Open the video file: Locate the video on your computer.
- Start your Zoom meeting: Join or host a meeting.
- Share your screen: Click the "Share Screen" button at the bottom of the Zoom window.
- Select the video file: Choose the video from your computer's file explorer.
- Start playback: The video will play on all participants' screens.
2. Use a Third-Party Video Hosting Service
- Upload your video: Choose a service like YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive.
- Get the share link: Copy the public link to your video.
- Share the link during your Zoom meeting: Paste the link into the chat or mention it verbally.
- Participants can click the link: They will be redirected to the video.
Remember, sharing your screen will play the video directly in the Zoom window, while using a third-party service requires participants to click a link to access the video.
