You can mute your Meta Quest in a few different ways, depending on what you want to mute:
1. Muting Your Microphone
- During a Call: While in a call, you can mute your microphone by pressing the microphone icon on the right side of the screen.
- In Settings: To mute your microphone permanently, open the Settings app and navigate to Microphone. Toggle the Microphone switch to off.
2. Muting Notifications
- In Settings: Go to Settings > Notifications. Here, you can customize which apps are allowed to send you notifications and adjust the notification volume.
- During a Game: Some games allow you to mute notifications by pressing the menu button on your controller and selecting Mute Notifications.
3. Muting Audio
- Using the Controller: You can quickly mute all audio by pressing the volume down button on your controller.
- In Settings: To adjust your audio settings, go to Settings > Audio. You can adjust the volume of your microphone, speakers, and other audio devices.
