How Do I Copy Photos to Google Photos?

You can copy photos to Google Photos using the Google Photos app on your phone or computer, or by uploading them directly to the website.

Using the Google Photos App

  1. Open the Google Photos app: Find the Google Photos app icon on your phone or tablet.
  2. Tap the "+" button: This button is located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Choose "Upload" or "Create": Select "Upload" to copy photos from your device's storage. Choose "Create" to take a new photo or video.
