1. Open Zoom and Access Settings:
- Open the Zoom desktop app or web client.
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to Sharing:
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on Sharing.
3. Enable Screen Sharing:
- Under the Screen Sharing section, ensure the following options are checked:
- Share screen with computer sound (if you want to share audio from your computer)
- Optimize screen sharing for video quality (for better video quality during screen sharing)
4. Additional Settings (Optional):
- Who can share: This option allows you to control who can share their screen during a meeting. You can choose from the following:
- All participants (anyone can share)
- Only host (only the meeting host can share)
