To share your screen on Zoom, you need to ensure the necessary permissions are enabled in your privacy settings. Here's how:

1. Open Zoom and Access Settings:

  • Open the Zoom desktop app or web client.
  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Sharing:

  • In the left-hand sidebar, click on Sharing.

3. Enable Screen Sharing:

  • Under the Screen Sharing section, ensure the following options are checked:
    • Share screen with computer sound (if you want to share audio from your computer)
    • Optimize screen sharing for video quality (for better video quality during screen sharing)

4. Additional Settings (Optional):

  • Who can share: This option allows you to control who can share their screen during a meeting. You can choose from the following:
    • All participants (anyone can share)
    • Only host (only the meeting host can share)
    • Co-hosts (hosts and designated co-hosts can share)
    • Only the host and co-hosts (only hosts and co-hosts can share)
    • Only the host and participants with screen sharing privileges (only hosts and participants with specific permissions can share)
  • Remote control: This option allows you to give control of your shared screen to another participant. You can choose whether to enable remote control or not.

5. Save Changes:

  • Once you have made the desired changes, click Save to apply the new settings.

Now, you should be able to share your screen during Zoom meetings.
