Who is hosting the ICC World Cup 2024?

The ICC World Cup 2024 is being hosted by India.

This will be the third time India has hosted the tournament, following successful editions in 1987 and 2011. The tournament is scheduled to take place from October 5 to November 19, 2024.

Ten venues across India will be used for the tournament:

  • Ahmedabad (Narendra Modi Stadium)
  • Bengaluru (M. Chinnaswamy Stadium)
  • Chennai (M.A. Chidambaram Stadium)
  • Delhi (Arun Jaitley Stadium)
  • Dharamsala (Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium)
  • Hyderabad (Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium)
  • Kolkata (Eden Gardens)
  • Lucknow (Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium)
  • Mumbai (Wankhede Stadium)
  • Pune (Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium)

The tournament is expected to attract a huge audience, both in India and around the world. India has a strong cricketing tradition, and the fans are known for their passionate support of the national team.
