Steps to Delete a Forgotten Instagram Account:
- Go to the Instagram login page: Open your web browser and navigate to https://www.instagram.com/accounts/login/.
- Click "Forgot Password": Below the login fields, you'll see a link that says "Forgot Password." Click on it.
- Enter your username or email: Enter the username or email address associated with your forgotten account.
- Choose a recovery method: Instagram will provide you with options to reset your password. Choose the method most convenient for you, either by email or by phone.
- Follow the instructions: Instagram will send a password reset link to your email or a code to your phone. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
- Log in to your account: Once you've reset your password, log in to your account.
