How to Use Kesar for Skin Pigmentation?

Kesar, also known as saffron, can be a beneficial ingredient for addressing skin pigmentation issues. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties can help brighten the skin, reduce dark spots, and even out skin tone.

Here are some ways to use Kesar for skin pigmentation:

1. Kesar Face Mask:

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/4 teaspoon Kesar powder
    • 1 tablespoon yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Instructions:
    • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    • Apply the mask evenly on your face and neck.
    • Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
    • Rinse with lukewarm water.
    • Use this mask 2-3 times a week.

2. Kesar and Milk Cream:

  • Ingredients:
    • A few strands of Kesar
    • 1 tablespoon milk cream
  • Instructions:
    • Soak the Kesar strands in milk cream for about 30 minutes.
    • Apply the mixture on your skin using a cotton ball.
    • Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
    • Rinse with lukewarm water.
    • Use this remedy 2-3 times a week.

3. Kesar and Sandalwood Powder:

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/4 teaspoon Kesar powder
    • 1 tablespoon sandalwood powder
    • Rose water (as needed)
  • Instructions:
    • Mix the Kesar and sandalwood powder with rose water to form a paste.
    • Apply the paste on your face and neck.
    • Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
    • Rinse with lukewarm water.
    • Use this mask 2-3 times a week.
