You can export your Firefox passwords by following these steps:
- Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
- Select Options (or Preferences on macOS).
- Click on Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Logins and Passwords section and click Saved Logins.
- Click the three dots next to the "Show Passwords" button.
- Select Export Logins.
- Choose a location to save your passwords in a .json file.
Important Note: This file will contain all your saved usernames and passwords in plain text. Be sure to keep it secure and delete it once you have finished using it.
Additional Tips:
- You can also use the "Show Passwords" button to view and edit individual saved logins.
- If you have a Master Password enabled, you will be prompted to enter it before exporting your passwords.
