How Do I Export All My Firefox Passwords?

You can export your Firefox passwords by following these steps:

  1. Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
  2. Select Options (or Preferences on macOS).
  3. Click on Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.
  4. Scroll down to the Logins and Passwords section and click Saved Logins.
  5. Click the three dots next to the "Show Passwords" button.
  6. Select Export Logins.
  7. Choose a location to save your passwords in a .json file.

Important Note: This file will contain all your saved usernames and passwords in plain text. Be sure to keep it secure and delete it once you have finished using it.

Additional Tips:

  • You can also use the "Show Passwords" button to view and edit individual saved logins.
  • If you have a Master Password enabled, you will be prompted to enter it before exporting your passwords.
