  1. Log in to Find My Mobile: Go to the Find My Mobile website ( https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ ) and sign in with your Samsung account credentials.
  2. Locate your phone: On the map, you'll see the last known location of your device.
  3. Select "Lock & Erase": Click on this option from the menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Choose "Lock": This will allow you to set a new password for your phone, making it inaccessible to anyone else.
  5. Select "Turn off": This option will remotely turn off your lost phone.

  • Ensure your phone is connected to the internet for Find My Mobile to work.
  • You can also use Find My Mobile to ring your phone, display a message on the screen, or erase all data from the device.
