How Do You Record Your Screen on Microsoft Teams?

You can record your screen on Microsoft Teams by using the "Record" button during a meeting.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Join a Microsoft Teams meeting.
  2. Click the "More actions" button (three dots) in the meeting controls.
  3. Select "Start recording."
  4. Confirm your recording settings.
  5. Click "Start recording" again.

The meeting will be recorded, and you'll see a red dot in the meeting controls to indicate that recording is active. To stop recording, click the "Stop recording" button.

Here are some additional tips:

  • You can record audio and video from your screen and webcam.
  • The recording will be saved to your OneDrive.
  • You can share the recording with other participants in the meeting.
