How Do I Copy a Teams Meeting Link?

You can copy a Teams meeting link in a few simple steps:

1. Locate the Meeting Link:

  • Within the Meeting: While in the meeting, look for the "Join meeting" button or the "Meeting details" section.
  • Meeting Invitation: Open the meeting invitation email or calendar invite. The meeting link will be clearly visible.
  • Teams Calendar: Navigate to your Teams calendar and locate the meeting. Click on the meeting to view details, including the link.

2. Copy the Link:

  • Click the Link: Click on the meeting link to highlight it.
  • Right-Click: Right-click on the highlighted link and select "Copy" from the context menu.
  • Keyboard Shortcut: Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac) to copy the link.

3. Paste the Link:

  • Right-Click: Right-click on the desired location where you want to paste the link and select "Paste" from the context menu.
