You can't directly add yourself to a Microsoft Teams chat. Teams chats are created by other users and you need to be invited to join.
However, there are a few ways to participate in a chat you're not currently in:
1. Request to Join
- If the chat is public or you know the creator, you can ask them to add you.
- You can also send a message to the chat group and ask to be included.
2. Create a New Chat
- If you want to start a conversation with specific individuals, you can create a new chat and add the desired participants.
3. Join a Team
- If the chat is part of a Team, you can request to join the Team. Once you're a member, you'll have access to the chat.
Remember, Teams chat is primarily for communication within a group, so adding yourself might not always be possible.
