You can't directly download the Global Address List (GAL) in Outlook 365. The GAL is a central directory of all users and resources within your organization, and it's managed by your IT administrator.
However, you can access and manage your contacts within Outlook 365 in the following ways:
- Use the Global Address List: Access the GAL by clicking on the People tab in Outlook 365. You can then search for contacts, view their information, and add them to your personal contact list.
- Export your personal contacts: You can export your personal contacts to a file format like CSV, which can be opened in other programs. To do this, open your contact list, click on the Manage Contacts button, and select Export.
- Sync your contacts with other services: You can sync your Outlook 365 contacts with other services like Google Contacts or iCloud. This allows you to access and manage your contacts from different devices and platforms.
If you need a copy of the entire GAL for your organization, you'll need to contact your IT administrator. They may be able to provide you with a copy of the GAL in a specific file format.
