You can outline and crop images in Photoshop using the Crop Tool.
Using the Crop Tool
- Select the Crop Tool: Find it in the Tools Panel on the left side of the screen. It looks like a square with a dotted line.
- Drag the Crop Tool: Drag the corners or edges of the crop rectangle to adjust the area you want to keep.
- Adjust the Crop: You can:

- Use the "Perspective Crop Tool": This tool lets you crop images with perspective, which is helpful for straightening tilted images.
- Create a Selection First: You can select a specific area of the image with other tools (like the Lasso Tool) and then use the Crop Tool to crop only that selected area.
- Use the "Crop Overlay" Feature: This feature lets you see the cropped area in a transparent overlay before you apply the crop.
