The only part of the body that does not have blood is the dead tissue.
This includes areas that have been completely cut off from the circulatory system, such as a severed finger or a piece of skin that has been completely detached from the body.
While these areas may still contain some cells, they are no longer receiving oxygen or nutrients from the blood and are therefore considered dead.
It is important to note that even areas that are not completely dead, such as a wound that is healing, may have a reduced blood supply.
However, these areas are still technically alive and are receiving some blood flow, even if it is limited.
