What Organ Is the Same Size From Birth?

The brain is the organ that remains roughly the same size from birth.

While other organs grow significantly throughout childhood and adolescence, the brain reaches its full size relatively early in life.

This doesn't mean the brain doesn't change after birth. The brain continues to develop and mature in terms of complexity and function, even though its overall size remains relatively consistent.
