You can check your blood circulation at home by observing a few simple signs and performing some easy tests.
Visual Checks
- Skin Color: Look at your fingertips, toes, and the palms of your hands. Healthy blood circulation results in a pink or reddish hue. Bluish or pale skin could indicate poor circulation.
- Temperature: Feel the temperature of your extremities. Cold hands and feet might suggest reduced blood flow.

Physical Checks
