Published in Health & Wellness 1 min read

You rub your skin in the bath using a loofah, washcloth, or your hands.

Using a Loofah or Washcloth:

  • Wet the loofah or washcloth with warm water.
  • Apply a small amount of soap or body wash to the loofah or washcloth.
  • Gently rub the loofah or washcloth in circular motions all over your body, paying special attention to areas that tend to get dry, like your elbows and knees.
  • Rinse the loofah or washcloth and repeat the process if needed.

Using Your Hands:

  • Wet your hands with warm water.
  • Apply a small amount of soap or body wash to your hands.
  • Gently rub your hands all over your body, paying special attention to areas that tend to get dry.
  • Rinse your hands and repeat the process if needed.

Remember to be gentle when rubbing your skin in the bath, especially if you have sensitive skin.
