You can create a new GST username and password by following these steps:
1. Visit the GST Portal
- Go to the official GST portal website: https://www.gst.gov.in/
2. Click on "New User Registration"
- Locate the "New User Registration" link on the homepage or navigation menu.
3. Choose "Taxpayer" as the User Type
- Select "Taxpayer" as the user type from the available options.
4. Enter Your PAN and Other Details
- Enter your PAN (Permanent Account Number), mobile number, and email address.
- You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number and email address.
5. Verify Your OTP
- Enter the OTP received and click on "Verify."
6. Set Your Username and Password
- Choose a unique username and password for your GST account.
- Ensure your password is strong and includes a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
7. Complete the Registration Process
- Review and confirm your details.
- Click on "Submit" to complete the registration process.
8. Download and Save Your Login Credentials
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message with your login credentials.
- Download and save these credentials for future use.
9. Access Your GST Account
- Use your new username and password to log in to your GST account.
