How Do I Change the Google Workspace Language?

You can change the language of your Google Workspace account by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to your Google Workspace Admin console.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the left navigation panel.
  3. Select "General" under "Organization settings."
  4. Click on "Language" in the top navigation bar.
  5. Choose the desired language from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

This will change the default language for your Google Workspace account, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and other services.

Note: This change will only affect the interface language and will not translate your existing content.

You can also change the language for individual Google Workspace services by following these steps:

  • Gmail:
    • Go to Settings > General > Language.
    • Choose the desired language from the dropdown menu.
    • Click Save Changes.
  • Calendar:
    • Go to Settings > General > Language.

  • Meet:
    • Go to Settings > General > Language.
    • Choose the desired language from the dropdown menu.
    • Click Save Changes.
