Unhiding Multiple Rows
- Select the row above the first hidden row and the row below the last hidden row: Click and drag your mouse over the row numbers.
- Right-click and choose 'Unhide rows': A context menu will appear. Select "Unhide rows" from the options.
Example
Let's say you want to hide rows 5 through 8 in your spreadsheet. You would:
- Select rows 5 through 8: Click on row 5 and drag your mouse down to row 8.
- Right-click and choose 'Hide rows': The selected rows will disappear.
To unhide these rows, you would:
- Select row 4 and row 9: Click on row 4 and drag your mouse down to row 9.
- Right-click and choose 'Unhide rows': Rows 5 through 8 will reappear.
Remember: Hiding rows doesn't delete them. They are still present in the spreadsheet and can be unhidden at any time.
