You can grant access to everyone in Google Sheets by making your spreadsheet publicly viewable or editable.
Here's how:
1. Sharing Settings
- Open the Google Sheet you want to share.
- Click File > Share.
- In the "Share with others" section, click the "Get shareable link" button.
- Choose either "View" or "Edit" access:
- "View" allows others to see your spreadsheet but not make changes.
- "Edit" allows others to view and modify your spreadsheet.
- Copy the generated link.
- Share the link with anyone you want to give access to.
2. Publicly Viewable
- Open the Google Sheet you want to share.
- Click File > Share.
- In the "Share with others" section, click the "Get shareable link" button.
- Under "Who has access", click the "Change" button.
- Select "Anyone with the link can view" or "Anyone with the link can edit".
- Click "Save".
3. Publicly Editable
- Open the Google Sheet you want to share.
- Click File > Share.
- In the "Share with others" section, click the "Get shareable link" button.
- Under "Who has access", click the "Change" button.
- Select "Anyone with the link can edit".
- Click "Save".
Remember: Be cautious when making your spreadsheet publicly accessible, as anyone with the link can view or edit it.
