Published in Google Earth 2 mins read

You can copy multiple polygons in Google Earth by using the "Copy" function. Here's how:

  1. Select the polygons: Hold down the Shift key and click on each polygon you want to copy.
  2. Right-click: Right-click on any of the selected polygons.
  3. Choose "Copy": From the context menu, select "Copy".
  4. Paste the polygons: Go to the location where you want to paste the polygons and right-click. Select "Paste".

Note: You can also use the "Ctrl+C" keyboard shortcut to copy and "Ctrl+V" to paste the polygons.

Additional Tips:

  • Copy and paste individual points: You can also copy and paste individual points from polygons. This can be useful for creating new polygons or editing existing ones.
  • Use the "Move" tool: After copying polygons, you can use the "Move" tool to reposition them.
  • Duplicate polygons: If you want to create exact copies of polygons, use the "Duplicate" function instead of "Copy".
