You can't directly change a user's Gmail password as an administrator. Gmail doesn't offer that functionality.
However, you can reset a user's password by following these steps:
- Log in to the Google Admin console.
- Go to "Users".
- Select the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click on the "Password" tab.
- Click on "Reset password".
- Enter a new password for the user.
- Click "Save".
The user will receive an email with their new password. They can then change it to something more secure.
Note: This process only applies to users managed by the Google Admin console. If you're dealing with a personal Gmail account, you can only reset the password by following the standard Gmail password reset procedure.
