There is no country that sleeps during the day. All countries follow the natural cycle of day and night, with people generally being awake during the day and sleeping at night.
However, there are some cultures and societies that have different sleep patterns:
- Shift Workers: Many people work night shifts, which means they sleep during the day. This is common in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation.
- Nocturnal Animals: Some animals, like owls and bats, are naturally nocturnal and sleep during the day. However, this does not apply to humans.
- Daytime Naps: Many cultures around the world have a tradition of taking a midday nap, known as a "siesta." This is often done to beat the heat in hot climates or to simply rest after a large meal.
While there are some exceptions, the vast majority of people in every country sleep at night and are awake during the day.
