How do you delete workouts on the Sweat app?

You can't directly delete workouts from the Sweat app. However, you can remove scheduled workouts from your planner.

To remove a scheduled workout from your planner:

  1. Open the Sweat app.
  2. Tap on the "Planner" tab.
  3. Find the workout you want to remove.
  4. Tap on the workout to open the details.
  5. Tap "Edit".
  6. Tap "Delete Event".

This will remove the scheduled workout from your planner. You can still access the workout from the "On Demand" tab, if you want to do it at a later date.
