You can't directly delete workouts from the Sweat app. However, you can remove scheduled workouts from your planner.
To remove a scheduled workout from your planner:
- Open the Sweat app.
- Tap on the "Planner" tab.
- Find the workout you want to remove.
- Tap on the workout to open the details.
- Tap "Edit".
- Tap "Delete Event".
This will remove the scheduled workout from your planner. You can still access the workout from the "On Demand" tab, if you want to do it at a later date.
