How Do I Move Files from Dropbox Offline?

Published in File Management 1 min read

You can't directly move files from Dropbox offline. Dropbox offline is a feature that allows you to access your files even when you're not connected to the internet. It's essentially a local copy of your Dropbox files on your device.

To move files from your Dropbox offline folder, you'll need to:

  1. Connect to the internet.
  2. Open the Dropbox app or website.
  3. Locate the files you want to move.
  4. Drag and drop them to their new location within your Dropbox account.

Once the files are moved online, they will be synced to your offline folder on your device.

Note: Moving files from your offline folder won't affect their location within your Dropbox account. It will only change where they are stored locally on your device.
