How Do I Delete My Outlook Account?

You can't directly delete an Outlook account. However, you can close it. Closing an Outlook account will permanently delete all your data, including emails, contacts, and calendar entries.

Here's how to close your Outlook account:

  1. Go to the Microsoft account website: https://account.microsoft.com/
  2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  3. Click on "Your info."
  4. Click on "Manage how your Microsoft account works."
  5. Click on "Close your account."
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to close your account.

Note: Closing your account will also delete any other Microsoft services associated with your account, such as OneDrive, Xbox Live, and Skype.

Important: Before closing your account, make sure to back up any important data you want to keep.
