You can't directly send mass emails from Gmail's regular interface. However, you can use the Gmail Contacts feature to create a group and then send an email to that group.
Here's how:
1. Create a Contact Group
- Go to your Gmail account and click on the Contacts icon.
- Click on the Create label button.
- Enter a name for your group, for example, "Newsletter Subscribers" or "Team Members".
- Click on Create.
- Now, add the email addresses of your recipients to this group. You can do this by clicking on the Add contacts button, searching for individual contacts, or importing a list of contacts.
2. Send an Email to the Group
- Compose a new email in Gmail.
- In the To field, type the name of your contact group.
- Write your email and send it as usual.
Important Note:
- Gmail has limitations on the number of emails you can send to a group. You might need to split your contact list into smaller groups if you have a large number of recipients.
- Always ensure you have the consent of your recipients before sending them mass emails.
