You can download all your archived emails in Outlook by exporting them as a .pst file.
Steps to Download Archived Emails in Outlook:
- Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application on your computer.
- Navigate to the Archive Folder: Click on the "Folder List" pane, usually located on the left side of the Outlook window. Find the "Archive" folder and expand it.
- Select Emails: Select the emails you wish to download. You can choose specific emails, entire folders, or even all emails within the archive.
- Export as .pst File: Click on the "File" tab in the top menu bar. Then, select "Open & Export" and choose "Import/Export."
- Select "Export to a file": In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
- Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)": From the list of export options, select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
- Select Folder: Choose the folder containing the archived emails you want to download. You can also select "Include subfolders" to export all emails within the selected folder.
- Browse and Save: Click "Browse" to choose a location to save the .pst file on your computer. Enter a file name and click "Finish."
Additional Notes:
- The exported .pst file will contain a copy of your archived emails. Your original emails will remain in the archive folder.
- You can import the .pst file into another Outlook account or on a different computer to access the archived emails.
- If you have a large number of archived emails, the export process might take some time.
