Disassociating an account from Outlook depends on what type of account you're referring to. Here are the most common scenarios:

If you're trying to remove a connected account like a social media profile, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application on your computer.
  2. Go to Account Settings: Click on "File" in the top left corner, then select "Account Settings."
  3. Choose Connected Accounts: Select the "Connected Accounts" tab.
  4. Remove Account: Locate the account you want to disassociate and click the "Remove" button next to it.
  5. Confirm Removal: Confirm the removal by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.

Disassociating an Email Account

  3. Choose Email Accounts: Select the "Email" tab.
  4. Select Account: Click on the Microsoft account you want to remove.
  5. Remove Account: Click the "Remove" button at the bottom of the window.
