You can delete recurring meetings in Outlook by following these steps:

  1. Open the recurring meeting: Locate the meeting in your calendar and double-click on it.
  2. Open the series: In the meeting window, click on the "Meeting Series" tab.
  3. Select "Cancel Meeting" from the "Cancel" group.
  4. Choose the cancellation option: You can choose to cancel "All meetings in the series" or "Only this meeting".
  5. Confirm cancellation: A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Yes" to confirm your choice.

Practical Insights:

  • If you want to delete future instances of a recurring meeting but keep past meetings, select "Only this meeting".
  • If you want to completely remove the recurring meeting from your calendar, select "All meetings in the series".
  • You can also edit recurring meetings by clicking on the "Edit Series" button in the "Meeting Series" tab.
