To charge your Fitbit Alta, you'll need the charging cable that came with it.
Charging Steps:
- Plug the charging cable into a USB port on your computer or a wall adapter. You can use a USB port on your computer, laptop, or a standard USB wall adapter.
- Align the charging cable with the charging port on the back of your Fitbit Alta. The charging port is located on the back of the tracker, underneath the heart rate sensor.
- Securely connect the charging cable to your Fitbit Alta. You'll hear a click when the charging cable is properly connected.
- Leave your Fitbit Alta charging for at least one hour. The charging time can vary depending on how depleted the battery is.
- Once the battery is fully charged, you can disconnect the charging cable. The charging process is complete when the battery icon on your Fitbit Alta is full.
Tips:
- Make sure the charging cable is properly connected. If the cable is not properly connected, your Fitbit Alta will not charge.
- Avoid using a damaged or faulty charging cable. Using a damaged cable can damage your Fitbit Alta or cause it to malfunction.
- Charge your Fitbit Alta in a cool, dry place. Avoid charging your Fitbit Alta in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Note: The charging time may vary depending on the age and condition of your Fitbit Alta's battery.
