How to Rotate an Image in Figma?

You can easily rotate an image in Figma using the Rotate Tool or by manually adjusting the Rotation property.

Using the Rotate Tool

1. Select the image you want to rotate.
2. Click the Rotate Tool icon in the toolbar, which looks like a curved arrow.
3. Click and drag the image to rotate it.
4. Release the mouse button when you've achieved the desired rotation.

Adjusting the Rotation Property

1. Select the image.
2. Open the Design Panel on the right.
3. Locate the Rotation property under the Transform section.
4. Enter a specific angle in degrees or use the slider to adjust the rotation.

Additional Tips

• You can hold down the Shift key while rotating to constrain the rotation to 15-degree increments.
• You can double-click the Rotate Tool to reset the image's rotation to 0 degrees.
