You can't directly edit a saved export in Access. Exports are static files that are created in a different format, such as Excel, CSV, or PDF, and Access doesn't have built-in functionality to edit them.
To make changes, you need to:
- Open the exported file in its native application. For example, open an Excel export in Microsoft Excel.
- Edit the data as needed.
- Save the changes in the original file format.
Example:
- You exported a table from Access as a CSV file.
- You want to edit some data in the CSV file.
- Open the CSV file in a text editor or spreadsheet software.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Save the file as a CSV.
Remember: Changes made to the exported file will not be reflected in the original Access database unless you import the edited file back into Access.
