How Do I Add Someone to My Dodo Account?

Published in Customer Service 2 mins read

Adding someone to your Dodo account depends on what you want to achieve. You can add someone as a joint account holder or as an authorised user.

Adding a Joint Account Holder

Adding a joint account holder gives them full access to your account, including the ability to make changes to your plan, pay bills, and manage your account settings.

To add a joint account holder:

  1. Log in to your Dodo account online.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.
  3. Click on the "Add Joint Account Holder" option.
  4. Enter the details of the person you want to add.
  5. Review and confirm the details.

Adding an Authorised User

Adding an authorised user gives them limited access to your account, such as the ability to view your bills and make changes to your plan.

To add an authorised user:

  1. Log in to your Dodo account online.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage Account" section.
  3. Click on the "Add Authorised User" option.
  4. Enter the details of the person you want to add.
  5. Select the level of access you want to grant.
  6. Review and confirm the details.

Remember:

  • You may need to provide the person's full name, date of birth, and email address.
  • Both joint account holders and authorised users will need to accept the invitation before they can access your account.
