You can move all layers in Clip Studio Paint by using the "Move All Layers" function.

Moving All Layers

  1. Select All Layers: Click the "Select All" button at the top of the layer palette. This will select all layers in your document.
  2. Move Layers: Click and drag the selected layers to the desired position in the layer palette.
