The eligibility for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is determined by citizenship.

Who are GCC Citizens?

  • Citizens of the six GCC member states:
    • Bahrain
    • Kuwait
    • Oman
    • Qatar
    • Saudi Arabia
    • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
