You can't directly add your BMW key to your Apple Watch. However, you can use the BMW Connected app to unlock and start your car using your Apple Watch.
Here's how:
- Download the BMW Connected app: This app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
- Pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone: Ensure your Apple Watch is properly paired with your iPhone.
- Connect your BMW to the app: Open the BMW Connected app and follow the instructions to connect your BMW.
- Enable Apple Watch functionality: Within the BMW Connected app settings, enable the option to use your Apple Watch for unlocking and starting your car.
Once you've completed these steps, you can unlock and start your BMW by holding your Apple Watch near the driver's door handle and pressing the unlock button on your watch.
Important Note: This functionality is only available on select BMW models with the Digital Key feature. Check your BMW owner's manual or contact your BMW dealer to see if your car is compatible.
