You can close your Google Business Profile by following these steps:
- Log in to your Google Business Profile: Go to https://business.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
- Select your business: If you manage multiple businesses, choose the one you want to close.
- Access the "Info" section: Click on the "Info" tab on the left-hand side menu.
- Locate "Manage this listing" Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Manage this listing."
- Click on "Close this listing" You'll find this option under "Other actions."
- Confirm the closure: Google will ask you to confirm your decision and provide a reason for closing.
Once you confirm, your Google Business Profile will be closed and removed from search results.
Important Notes:
- You can't reopen a closed Google Business Profile.
- Closing your profile will remove your business listing from Google Search and Maps.
- You'll lose all your data associated with your profile, including reviews, photos, and posts.
